The City of St. Peters, Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to provide printing and mail preparation services for My Hometown Magazine. The scope of work includes providing a presorted standard permit number for mailings, estimating postage costs per mailing, and coordinating with the City to ensure sufficient funds are available for postage.
Additionally, the selected vendor must perform a computer verification of addresses against a Postal-supplied database to ensure their validity prior to printing addresses. The production requirements include printing, binding, and all other material-related production costs (excluding paper), with full four-color printing throughout and full bleeds.
