Requirements include both the interior and exterior of envelopes being free of glue spots, with gluing performed 'edge tight' to prevent loose corners or flaps. All envelopes must have a square construction, and any windows must be welded, rounded, and securely covered with cellophane or polystyrene, with no exposed glue.
Additional product specifications include supplying envelopes with flaps closed, ensuring they remain flat and free of curling or puckered seams.
