DESCRIPTION
A New Jersey organization is seeking vendors to provide the Primepoint payroll processing platform and associated services. The required solution must include a comprehensive time and labor management system with detailed audit tracking capabilities. This includes recording all system changes, identifying the user involved, capturing the previous value of any modified field, and timestamping each alteration.
The platform should support the management of all employee benefits, with capabilities such as monitoring benefit eligibility for variable hour employees. Additional requirements include the ability to establish user roles, log employee events in real time, and generate customizable queries compatible with MS Excel. Payroll processing services to be provided as part of this contract include complete tax service, direct deposit, hire reporting, and positive pay file support.
The contract is set for a period of two years. All vendor questions must be submitted by February 18, 2026.
