DESCRIPTION
The government authority in McGuire, New Jersey seeks a vendor to provide primary and secondary crash network services. This includes an upgrade to the secondary crash network (SCN) for the airfield and both primary crash network (PCN) and SCN upgrades for the agency field. The required system should incorporate a visual feature to indicate when each agency activates their phone.
Additionally, the scope includes deployment of a VoIP emergency notification system supporting 20 SIP sessions and a user interface console, with installation in building 1758 and hardware placement in building 1901. Eight additional push-to-talk phones are also to be distributed across the joint base. This solicitation is set aside exclusively for total small business participation.
