DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide preventative maintenance services for its facility. The selected contractor will collaborate with other team members or work independently to proactively identify and address potential issues with building systems and equipment by performing routine and scheduled maintenance.

The scope of work includes preventative and general facilities maintenance, supporting the routine daily operations of agency facilities. Equipment involved in the contract comprises skid steer loaders, wheel loaders, excavators, truck-mounted snowploughs, forklifts, and government fleet vehicles such as trucks and vans. Additionally, the contractor may be required to repair seawater systems, building support systems, wet lab aquaria systems, laboratory equipment, associated support systems, and freezers.

All operations and services will utilize equipment and materials provided by the government. The contractor may be expected to work up to 40 hours per week, not exceeding 1,000 hours annually, in cooperation with ABL Facilities staff, depending on operational needs. The contract term is one year.
