SUMMARY

New Hampshire seeks a vendor for a prescription drug monitoring program solution with data collection, reporting, and responsive web design.

DESCRIPTION

The state of New Hampshire is seeking a qualified vendor to implement a Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) solution. This solution must facilitate the collection, monitoring, analysis, and dissemination of prescription data related to federally designated Schedule II–IV controlled substances, enabling prescribers and dispensers to review this data online. The system should be capable of ingesting data from the agency's registrant database and provide state staff with comprehensive viewing and editing capabilities, subject to appropriate permissions.

The PDMP solution must also integrate seamlessly with electronic health record systems, ensuring that prescription data is readily accessible to state-designated licensed healthcare facilities. The system should support extensive administrative reporting and allow users to generate analytical reports. Additionally, state staff must have the flexibility to create additional user types as needed.

A responsive web design is required, ensuring the application dynamically adjusts to various screen sizes, including desktops, tablets, and phones. Images and media should automatically scale to fit display requirements without distortion. The design must be touch-friendly, with easily accessible buttons and links that support gestures such as pinch-to-zoom. The solution should maintain a single codebase for all device types, eliminating the need for separate mobile and desktop site versions.

The contract will have a one-year term, and any questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by January 30, 2026.
