A government authority in Land O' Lakes, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide preliminary geotechnical engineering report services. The required services include examination and reporting on groundwater conditions, discussion of geologic hazards, and evaluation of seismic site characteristics.
Additionally, the project scope includes site preparation and earthwork recommendations, dewatering considerations, analysis of foundation and floor slab options, assessment of lateral earth pressures, and evaluation of pavement alternatives.
