Pre-Design, Architectural and Engineering Services

The government authority in Washington is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive pre-design, architectural, and engineering services. Consultants must offer a high-level milestone schedule, detailing key project dates from budget approval to occupancy, along with schedule estimates for each alternative. Proposals should contain sufficient information to enable decision makers to understand project costs, requirements, and fundamental objectives.
