DESCRIPTION
The vendor is required to deliver pre-deployment Yellow Ribbon event services, including training and resources for Army National Guard service members and their families. The vendor must provide an on-site point of contact responsible for all pre-event planning and on-site execution in collaboration with the Government Contracting Officer Representative and other authorized officials.
Security protocols must be implemented to prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing the conference. The event venue should offer ample parking spaces for approximately 550 vehicles at no cost to attendees. There must be a designated open space capable of accommodating fifteen 6'/8' tables with two chairs per table for a Service Provider fair, allowing easy passage without violating fire codes or blocking exits. Dining arrangements should allow for two separate scheduled lunch sessions to accommodate about 625 attendees, including 75 children.
Vendors should be prepared to handle logistics, security, and attendee management for a large-scale military support event.
