The City of Ypsilanti, MI is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for the redevelopment and adaptive reuse of the Ypsilanti powerhouse. The study aims to assess realistic redevelopment scenarios that are financially viable, environmentally responsible, and in alignment with community objectives.
The selected vendor will evaluate the physical state, regulatory context, environmental considerations, and market conditions of the site. This includes identifying viable redevelopment options, analyzing their financial feasibility, and outlining the necessary levels of public and private investment. Robust stakeholder and community engagement is expected throughout the process. All questions regarding the scope of work must be submitted by February 23, 2026.
