A government authority in Los Angeles, California seeks a vendor to deliver Power BI development services focused on updating, rebuilding, and modernizing twenty existing dashboards, thereby improving data consistency, reporting efficiency, and accessibility across court operations. The project requires the consolidation of data from multiple sources, including the eCourt case management system, Tyler Technologies jury system, and internal operational databases, into a centralized and standardized reporting framework. A centralized semantic data model will be established to enhance accuracy and consistency of key performance metrics.
The selected vendor will be responsible for developing a data mapping and metrics definitions document for court approval, reviewing current dashboards, data sources, and refresh processes, and providing tailored role–based dashboards for judicial officers, management, and staff. Additional requirements include establishing naming conventions and data governance standards, configuring security architecture such as workspace and row-level security, developing Power BI dataflows and ETL processes, and publishing dashboards with filters, drill-through capabilities, bookmarks, and mobile-friendly views to Power BI Service. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 6, 2026, and the resulting contract will span two years.
