Pow Wow Parking Services

The government authority in Tahlequah, Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to provide organized, safe, and efficient parking services for a Pow Wow event that attracts thousands of attendees. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying and managing parking attendants and supervisors across all designated parking lots. Staff must be trained in customer service, safety, and the management of traffic flow, with the capacity to scale staffing levels during peak hours.

Key responsibilities include directing vehicles to appropriate lots, maintaining ADA parking, ensuring efficient vehicular movement, and coordinating closely with Cherokee Nation security and event staff. Vendors will need to provide communication equipment for staff, and possibly supply additional equipment such as cones, barricades, signage, lighting, golf carts, or transport vehicles.

Operational requirements include daily reporting of staffing and activities, proper incident reporting procedures, and a demonstrated capacity to work in high-traffic, high-volume environments. Strict adherence to Cherokee Nation safety and operational policies is mandatory. The contract term is three years.
