The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACCAPG) is conducting market research to identify qualified 8(a) small businesses capable of providing comprehensive construction and real property services for a forthcoming Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be structured as Firm Fixed Price (FFP), with a competitive set-aside for 8(a) firms. Up to five contracts are anticipated to be awarded, with a five-year base period and a six-month option period, and an estimated total contract value of approximately $124 million.
The scope of work includes facility maintenance, repair, and alteration, renovation and new construction, building demolition, base utility system maintenance and repair, as well as environmental and industrial hygiene services such as asbestos and lead abatement, soil and gas analysis, and unexploded ordnance (UXO) monitoring. Contractors are required to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, transportation, insurance, and bonding in support of individual task orders. Performance will be required at Aberdeen Proving Ground (Aberdeen Area & Edgewood Area) and surrounding locations.
