A vendor is sought to provide professional poster design services. The selected graphic designer or design team will develop a series of up to four visually compelling posters. These designs should be bold, eye-catching, and effective in busy environments, with a primary goal of inspiring viewers to scan an embedded QR code that links to information about careers in acoustics.
Designers must communicate a sense of discovery, creativity, and the real-world impact of acoustics careers. The project includes creating three to four distinct poster concepts that form a cohesive set without being repetitive. All posters must incorporate a provided QR code linking to a careers page.
The deliverables include both print-ready and digital versions of each poster (20 inches wide by 30 inches tall), web-optimized image files (PNG/JPEG), and final high-resolution files in print-ready formats such as PDF.
