A Colorado post-secondary institution is seeking a vendor to provide a new Student Information System (SIS) and financial aid software. The selected solution must adhere to all relevant state and federal compliance standards and address institutional requirements for functionality and usability.
Key objectives for this initiative include modernizing student data management, streamlining administrative processes, and enhancing the experience for students, faculty, and staff. The new system should offer robust features for automating regulatory reporting, supporting compliance tracking such as Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), and facilitating seamless integration with essential platforms, including the learning management system (LMS), HubSpot, Infinite Campus, and Google Workspace.
The contract for this project will cover a one-year period. Interested vendors should note that all questions must be submitted by December 11, 2025.
