The desired platform should allow users to sort tasks by importance or priority and ensure that users can view only their assigned tasks and projects. Key features include both predefined and customizable dashboards, customizable widgets, graphical export capabilities for charts (such as JPG and PNG formats), and calendar views for effective project tracking.
The platform must integrate seamlessly with GitHub and support bi-directional integration with ServiceNow. Advanced project management tools, such as integrated and automated resource management for viewing resource capacity and assignments, are required. The onboarding package should include live onboarding sessions, user manuals, and ongoing customer support via chat, email, and phone.
Strong security features are essential, including robust access restrictions, mechanisms to protect stored data from loss, misuse, or disclosure, and the use of at least 256-bit encryption for both data in transit and at rest.
