The issuing organization is seeking a portal solution that provides full conversion of books to electronic web-based access through a single online location. The solution must offer unlimited access to AWS standards, ANSI-approved documents, and related technical resources, including the AWS Welding Handbook series, Fundamentals in Welding Metallurgy, the Brazing Handbook, and associated periodicals.
The portal must support individual user authentication through unique usernames and passwords tied to user email addresses. Content must be available in both HTML and PDF formats for all standards. Required functionality also includes email notifications when notes are added or changed, paragraph-level printing, and robust search capabilities, including searching within a specification.
Questions are due by May 13, 2026. The resulting contract is expected to run for a period of three years.
