A Texas agency is seeking a vendor to provide polling platform software licenses suitable for interactive presentations, surveys, and comprehensive data analysis. The desired solution should allow for live, interactive polling without necessitating any app downloads and should be usable across all smart devices. Key features include the capability to build engaging presentations, support for multiple response formats such as multiple choice and free text, and robust data analysis tools.
The platform must enable the agency to conduct smart surveys before, during, and after meetings, accommodate an unlimited number of participants, and export results into Excel and PDF formats. Integration with Office 365 products, particularly Teams and PowerPoint, is required. This procurement covers up to 10 licenses, delivered virtually, with the potential for annual renewal for up to four years and includes annual support services. The initial contract period is for one year.
