The selected vendor will conduct reviews at 10–15 polling places on each Election Day, including both regularly scheduled and special elections, completing a comprehensive survey at each site.
Vendors are required to ensure their review staff are thoroughly trained, fully staffed, and available to work from the program's center on Election Days. The program also seeks to improve operational efficiencies and support growth opportunities in service provision and reviewer capability. Additionally, vendors are expected to offer further training or certification opportunities within the scope of the program. The anticipated contract term is three years.
