PolicyStat Software Sole Source Award

The Billings Area Indian Health Service has announced its intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to DATIX (USA) Inc. for the provision of policy management software services. These services are designated for several service units within the Billings Area, including the Blackfeet Service Unit in Browning, Montana; Fort Belknap Service Unit in Havre, Montana; Fort Peck Service Unit in Poplar, Montana; Northern Cheyenne Service Unit in Lame Deer, Montana; and Crow Service Unit in Crow Agency, Montana.

DATIX (USA) Inc. has been granted a unique exemption from the FedRAMP requirement by the Chief Information Officer and is authorized to continue delivering these services as they have provided them before the requirement was established. The procurement follows specific regulatory authorities, and this notice serves as an official statement that no competitive proposals are being sought. Interested firms that believe they can provide similar policy management software services are invited to formally declare their interest within 10 days of this notice, though the decision to compete remains at the government's discretion.
