Court Services And Offender Supervision Agency
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
An agency is seeking vendors to provide a Policy and Procedure (P&P) Management System that will act as the organization's single authoritative source for all directives and guidance documents. The system will be responsible for ensuring that policies remain consistent, up to date, and easily accessible agency-wide. The project aims to identify capable vendors, evaluate small business and socioeconomic participation, and assess industry solutions to support acquisition planning and strategy.
Required system features include centralized and standardized policy management, automated notifications for recertification and review due dates, and compliance with enterprise-wide accessibility standards. The solution should support FedRAMP authorization or both SaaS and on-premises deployment models, align with Microsoft Azure / Entra ID, and include PIV/Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities. Role-based access control (RBAC), advanced workflow automation (including parallel/conditional routing), data portability, and migration must also be supported.
Additional requirements entail compliant archiving with an immutable, read-only history, policy lifecycle automation, document-based workflow assignment, and employee collaboration tools such as discussion boards. Integration with Microsoft Office 365 and related applications (e.g., FS Pro) is necessary, along with a user-friendly interface, closed-domain AI features, and audit trails of all activity. The system must provide role-based task access, policy attestation, and knowledge-check functionality.
