The Province of British Columbia is seeking a vendor to provide secure online hosting and support for four provincial police training courses, as well as up to five police board training courses. The selected contractor will be responsible for developing, hosting, and maintaining a custom-built Learning Management System (LMS) to manage and deliver training materials efficiently and securely.
The contractor will ensure continuous system availability and functionality of the LMS, including updating and managing course materials as requested by the Province, with up to 100 hours allocated for these updates over the agreement's duration. Tasks include adding, modifying, or deleting content based on the Province’s needs.
In addition, the contractor will support secure user registration, enrollment, and training content access for designated users on a 24/7 basis, and provide technical support during regular Pacific Time working hours. Integration with external agency LMS platforms is also required, ensuring seamless access to provincial training courses and Police Board LMS content.
