DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Newport Beach, California is seeking architectural services for the design and development of a new police headquarters facility. The project encompasses an estimated 75,000 square foot building and includes a parking garage designed to accommodate at least 275 vehicles.

The selected firm will be responsible for providing innovative and world-class architectural design, design development, and final conceptual designs. Responsibilities also include generating simulation and flyover/fly-through graphics, supporting public outreach efforts, and delivering cost estimating and value engineering services. Professional surveying and civil engineering, such as hydrology, hydraulic analysis, storm drain, water and sewer studies, grading, roadway, and traffic design, are required.
