A government authority in Detroit, MI is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services under a three-year contract. The scope of work includes regularly scheduled outdoor maintenance, such as spring clean-up, mowing, edging, trimming of lawn areas, as well as ongoing lawn care and bed weeding.
Additional required services include tree and shrub pruning, removal of leaves and debris from various landscaped areas—including lawns, flower beds, herb gardens, and mulched spaces—regular watering, and seasonal flower rotations.
