Agree to payment terms of 100% Net 30 upon receipt, installation, acceptance, and uncontested invoice
Submit any additional documents, amendments, or paperwork requiring signatures to TAMU Contracts Administration for review
Comply with all applicable US Export Control laws and regulations
Support campus sustainability initiatives
Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations
Comply with Chapter 2251, Texas Government Code (Prompt Payment Act)
Cooperate with the State Auditor's Office for audits or investigations
Agree that payments may be applied toward debts or delinquencies owed to the State of Texas

Implement and maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures for Agency Data
Hold TEXAS A&M's data in confidence and restrict disclosure
Report unauthorized use or disclosure of TEXAS A&M's data within two business days of discovery
Comply with FERPA if applicable
Comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) DSS if applicable
Complete a cybersecurity training program certified under Section 2054.5192, Texas Government Code, if applicable
Ensure goods and services comply with accessibility requirements (Title 1, Chapters 206 and 213 of the Texas Administrative Code and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act)
Comply with TX-RAMP compliance and certification if providing Cloud Computing Services
