DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will be responsible for the creation, production, and publication of four 4-episode podcast series (a total of 16 episodes) to deliver mental health education and resources. Content should prioritize topics and strategies related to mental health and spirituality, with a focus on issues impacting Black/African Heritage communities for at least one 4-episode series. Remaining episodes will address mental health and spirituality supports relevant to the agency and its broader audience.

The vendor will develop and design podcast topics, oversee all aspects of podcast development and recording, and ensure each episode is at least 45 minutes in length. Additional responsibilities include creating a community survey to measure the effectiveness of the podcast, producing a flyer and other promotional materials, incorporating the agency’s logo into all materials, and coordinating podcast uploads to the agency’s website and social media platforms.

The company is expected to manage both development and recording sessions, ensuring all produced content is accessible and aligns with the outreach and educational goals of the agency.
