DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this RFP is to secure a provider for Plum Care annual service. This includes annual service and support for Plum enterprise and Plum satellite systems, as well as an essentials advanced license for the Cradlepoint NetCloud Manager platform.

The selected vendor will be responsible for offering round-the-clock technical phone support (24 x 7 x 365) through Plum technical representatives. The contract for services will span one year. Prospective bidders are required to submit any questions regarding the RFP no later than April 14, 2026.
