Playground Suppliers

A government authority in Saskatchewan is seeking qualified playground equipment suppliers to provide comprehensive services, including design, pricing, installation, and ongoing support for playground projects. Vendors are required to submit detailed proposals containing design options, blueprints, photos, pricing, and schematics for the proposed playground equipment. All goods and installations must meet or exceed applicable codes, regulations, safety, and accessibility standards, as well as recognized industry guidelines.

The scope of work includes site preparation—such as excavation for drainage rock and installation of geotextile fabric—or implementation of an approved drainage plan. Play structures must be built from durable, high-quality, and non-toxic materials suitable for long-term outdoor use. All personnel involved in any aspect of the design, delivery, installation, and inspection processes must be properly certified and experienced. Vendors are also responsible for conducting pre-installation and post-installation inspections to ensure all requirements are met.

Required documentation includes detailed blueprints, installation manuals, maintenance guidelines, and warranty information. The contract will be for a period of three years. All questions related to this opportunity must be submitted by February 20, 2026.
