The state of Missouri is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive management and strategic oversight of an educational platform. The primary objectives are to enhance user experience, increase engagement through gamification, and leverage data to drive improvements in graduation rates and overall platform effectiveness.
The selected contractor will be responsible for the day-to-day management and ongoing optimization of the existing platform. Key responsibilities include overseeing platform operations, optimizing user navigation and workflows, tracking course progress and monitoring engagement, managing data and generating reports, and ensuring strategic alignment with educational goals. Continuous improvement and maximizing the platform's impact on learning outcomes are central to this role.
