A government authority in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive planning study services. The selected consultant will collaborate closely with the project team to formulate a preliminary engagement strategy and a plan that aligns with the project's overall objectives. This engagement approach must be culturally relevant and designed to foster broad participation from local residents.

The process will involve meaningful and inclusive public engagement to clarify the project's vision, concepts, and implementation plan. The consultant is expected to implement a community engagement strategy blending face-to-face meetings with innovative engagement methods, such as neighborhood-focused programs, tours of park or trail sites, and other community-based techniques. Online engagement elements must be integrated, ensuring that digital content is accessible and user-friendly.

The consultant will utilize the project website and social media for event announcements and interactive online features. Responsibilities also include creating posters, graphics, and other visual materials to support engagement activities, with an emphasis on clear visual communication. Additionally, GIS-based maps highlighting key natural, historic, and recreational resources are to be developed as part of the scope.
