DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive planning services for a government authority in Pennsylvania. Key responsibilities include conducting an economic analysis to determine suitable advanced manufacturing uses for the site. This analysis will compare economic, fiscal, and job impacts, and identify the highest and best use based on creating quality jobs, alignment with the area's master plan for innovative activities, and the overall economic impact on the city.
Additionally, the vendor will perform an infrastructure gap analysis to assess the site's capacity to support the recommended uses, updating utility information from a previous 2019 report. The contractor will also produce a preliminary site plan by consolidating available survey data, including recommendations on maximum and minimum building footprints for the proposed development.
