The government authority in Milwaukee, Wisconsin seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive planning and urban design services. The selected consultant will conduct detailed site analysis and develop concept designs for up to six separate locations. Responsibilities include creating 3D conceptual drawings that clearly convey the scale, massing, and key features of potential improvements for each site.
The consultant will support public engagement efforts by preparing visual materials and attending public meetings to present design concepts and gather community feedback for design development. Additionally, the scope involves preparing images to illustrate potential façade improvements at up to three existing storefront businesses, encouraging owners by showcasing the visual impact of enhancements. The consultant will also identify key placemaking opportunities and recommend short-term activation strategies for up to four locations along the identified corridor.
