DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Milwaukee, Wisconsin seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive planning and urban design services. The selected consultant will conduct detailed site analysis and develop concept designs for up to six separate locations. Responsibilities include creating 3D conceptual drawings that clearly convey the scale, massing, and key features of potential improvements for each site.
