DESCRIPTION


A government authority in San Jose, California, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive planning and environmental services on an on-call basis. The scope includes time-sensitive tasks that require adherence to specific Advisory Circulars (ACs), as well as the development of implementation strategies, phasing plans, and order of magnitude planning cost estimates.

Services are to include facility demand capacity and management assessments, development or reuse plans for facilities, airfield design standards analyses, and airfield simulation planning. The vendor will also prepare various airport environmental studies, analyses, exhibits, and reports, and will coordinate with other agencies as necessary. Additional tasks involve assisting with the preparation and submittal of environmental grant applications related to electric and low-emission vehicles and infrastructure, emissions reductions, waste reduction, and water conservation. The provider may also be required to conduct audits and revise or update relevant plans.
