Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The selected vendor will deliver AV production services in support of Parks and Recreation special events. Core responsibilities include audio production, event lighting, staging, video equipment, technical labor, and supplying all related gear. Vendors are expected to conduct on-site walkthroughs to review event logistics and requirements, and must provide detailed quotes itemizing equipment, labor, and all associated costs.
Successful bidders must demonstrate their capability to support bands and performers with varying instrumentation and group sizes, execute seamless transitions between performance sets, and source, deliver, and return additional equipment as needed. Coordination with entertainment providers, musicians, and artists for equipment setup, stage plots, and sound adjustments is required. All tasks such as load-in, setup, tear-down, and load-out must be managed efficiently. Vendors should be prepared to provide MC support when requested and ensure the installation of necessary safety equipment for each event. Final service agreements, including event timelines, must be confirmed in advance.
