DESCRIPTION

The Town of Farmington, Connecticut seeks a vendor to assist its Town Plan and Zoning Commission (TPZ) in the preparation and adoption of the 2028–2038 Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD). The selected provider will deliver history, context, and guidance for the planning process, contributing innovative approaches to the plan’s organization and format.
