A North Carolina-based agency is seeking a qualified vendor to develop a comprehensive place strategy. The strategy will focus on key areas such as student housing, academic and research facilities, and mixed-use developments. Additional emphasis will be placed on enhancing public-facing activation and supporting vibrant everyday life within the area.
The selected vendor will evaluate and propose ways to improve the relationship between buildings and public spaces to foster integration and community engagement. Stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds will be involved to ensure a holistic approach to placemaking and urban development.
