DESCRIPTION


The city is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide place-making, identity, and integrated marketing strategy services. The selected vendor will design and implement a comprehensive five-year strategic communications plan, covering city television, digital media innovation, and an integrated marketing roadmap.

Scope of work includes conducting a brand and communications assessment, developing strategic positioning and global event readiness plans, and formulating a global event positioning strategy.
