A vendor is sought to supply a comprehensive range of marketing materials and branded promotional goods for the development and operation of a pizza test kitchen and retail shop. All necessary artwork, branding, and logo assets will be provided to the selected partner.
Required items include branded medium bound notebooks (25 units), custom ballpoint pens (200 units), business cards (5,000 units in 3.5in x 2in size), embroidered cotton aprons (50 units), and custom unisex crewneck cotton t-shirts (125 units split across sizes). Additionally, the vendor must provide a custom canopy tent (10x10 ft), folding catering and event tables (3 units of 30x72 in), customizable a-frame signs (2 units in aluminum or PVC), custom cotton tablecloths (2 units of 72x120 in), L-shaped poster holding signs (6 units of 12"), custom cotton baseball hats (150 units), custom 16-inch pizza boxes (250 units), custom koozies (250 units), reusable or standard tote bags in canvas or recycled material (200 units), custom vacuum insulated stainless steel water bottles (200 units at 20oz), and custom stickers (1,000 units of 2"x2").
All bidder questions must be submitted no later than April 21, 2026. The proposed materials are intended to support in-person branding for events and ongoing operations.
