DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide physicals and specimen collection services for various roles. Depending on the position or evaluating physician’s recommendation, physicals may include human performance exams, vision exams, audiograms, pulmonary function tests, respirator questionnaires, resting assessments, quantitative respirator fit tests, respirator physicals, chest X-rays (2 views), and the completion of a medical qualification questionnaire.
