The selected provider will supply a scalable, efficient, and user-friendly platform that streamlines the entire clinical education lifecycle, including placement requests and accreditation reporting. The goal is to reduce the administrative burden on core faculty while ensuring full compliance with accreditation standards.

Key functionalities required include clinical site management to facilitate the annual placement request process from area clinics and the allocation of these slots to students. The platform should track individual site contacts and specific requirements, as well as act as a centralized communication hub for students, clinical placements, and faculty. Additional features must support onboarding and compliance tracking for student requirements such as immunizations, background checks, and training certifications.

Customizable reporting capabilities are also necessary, allowing users to generate end-user configurable reports with role-based access, and options for saving, sharing, and scheduling these reports. The contract will span five years.
