DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive Photos with Santa event services, including but not limited to VIP/Media Night and Employee Appreciation Night. The scope of work requires a turnkey operation encompassing installation, teardown, and the provision of all necessary equipment such as cameras, printers, POS systems, lights, spotlights, holiday cord sets, bulbs, zip cords (animation cords), guy wires, controllers, extension cords, costumes, and any other required items.

The event will operate from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays, with potential for extended hours on peak nights as admission lines may remain open until 10:00 p.m. or later. The vendor must design and deliver an innovative, engaging, and entertaining photo session suitable for all ages. Additionally, printed photos are to be made available on-site promptly for attendees.
