DESCRIPTION


This opportunity calls for the provision of high-quality photography, videography, and animation services on an as-needed basis. All content must be clear, suitable for public-facing and reporting purposes, and should reflect dignity, safety, and equitable participation. Images and videos should show individuals in a recognizable way where safe and appropriate, while avoiding staging, misrepresentation, or other practices that might introduce safeguarding or reputational risks. Consistency with Australian High Commission coordination and clearance requirements is mandatory before public use.

Video outputs may include short-form, mobile-friendly content for digital and social media platforms, human-interest case studies, policy or system explainers, and event highlights that align with public diplomacy goals. Animation content should be clear, accurate, engaging, and aligned with agreed-upon messages and reform priorities. Animations must use plain language and visual cues for accessibility across diverse audiences. All media outputs must adhere to dignity, safety, diversity, and equitable participation, with development and usage guided by the necessary clearance, sequencing, and risk-management processes established by the Australian High Commission.
