DESCRIPTION

A qualified vendor is sought to provide comprehensive photography services for schools during the 2026–2027 academic year. The provider must offer competitive solutions for school-based photography needs.

Services will include photography for students from pre-school through 12th grade, covering both class and individual photos, as well as taking photographs of administrative staff, panoramas, classroom groups, graduation events, and employees. All deliverables are to be completed in accordance with the school district's requirements and timelines.

The selected vendor will demonstrate capability to manage large-scale, multi-event shoots and provide high-quality images suitable for school records and memorabilia.
