Photography Services for Grades 9–12

Proposals are due by April 8th, 2026, 2:00 PM.

New wage schedules are available on July 1st of each year.

Senior image capture dates will be established and held on campus starting in June.

Contract term commences on or about June 1st, 2026, through May 31st, 2027.

Underclassman photographs are to be taken during the second and third week of September, completed no later than the fourth Friday of September.

Electronic student photo files must be submitted to the school district no later than October 1st.

Underclassman photo packets are to be returned to the High School Building by mid-October.

Underclassman photograph retakes will occur no later than mid-November.

The organization seeks a vendor to provide photography services tailored for grades 9–12, including a comprehensive portrait program. Senior enhanced sessions should offer detailed information about location options, session duration, and appointment scheduling during summer and after–school hours. Event coverage requirements include candid photography, with vendors requested to specify the maximum number of school events they can cover each academic year at no additional cost.

Product quality and specifications should address the paper stock, weight, and finish (such as glossy or matte) used for standard student photo prints for grades 9–12. Vendors are also asked to describe any value–added district services, particularly candid photography offered instead of traditional commission–based models, and to detail any additional benefits provided to the district. The contract period is one year, and questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 25, 2026.
