DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive photography services for Addison High School, including capturing group, activity, organization, and scenic photographs needed for the school yearbook. The studio will also offer personal photographs to graduating seniors of the classes of 2027, 2028, and 2029 in various styles, mounts, and pricing options, as displayed in sample photographs.

Additionally, the vendor will photograph all high school staff members for use in the yearbook, submitting two copies of each staff photograph to the school. All photographs taken by the studio at the high school will be screened by the studio and provided to the yearbook advisor in flash drive format. The vendor must also provide a photographer at all school events designated by the yearbook advisor and staff to ensure comprehensive coverage for the yearbook.

A full-time IT staff must be available to support the high school's ID system, ensuring technical support and seamless integration of photography into school operations.
