The project seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive photography services, including capturing photographs for various grade levels, athletic and campus-based organizations, senior portraits, and event photography. The vendor is responsible for organizing photographs according to the specific campus or organization served.
Digital images must be delivered to the Information Technology Department, either via download or other media storage devices, with each image sized at 200x300 pixels and 72 dpi. Required photography services include yearbook and spring portraits (with CD), class portraits, graduation portraits, senior portraits, sports portraits, sports banners, organization portraits, school event coverage, and staff or school board portraits. All vendor inquiries regarding the proposal must be submitted by May 14, 2026.
