DESCRIPTION
The client seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive photography services for schools in Pennsylvania. All digital photos must be delivered in high-quality raw data or JPEG format, either via DVD, Google Drive, or Secure File Transfer Protocol. Student photographs for school days are to be formatted as JPEG images with file names matching student ID numbers, and a digital cross-reference database is required. All files should adhere to a minimum resolution of 200x300 pixels suitable for Student Information Systems, and photographs must be captured at a minimum of 10 megapixels.
Additionally, the selected vendor will provide an annual educational presentation to the yearbook staff and student photographers, focusing on effective photography techniques. This presentation will be scheduled in coordination with the yearbook advisor and staff.
The contract period is set for one year. Vendors have until May 1, 2026, to submit questions regarding this RFP.
