DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide professional photography services on an annual basis for outreach and public communication initiatives. The scope involves capturing high-quality images that reflect workforce training, career services, employer engagement, participant success stories, and related events. Photography will be conducted on-site at one-stop centers, training partners, employer locations, job fairs, recruitment events, and community events.

Services include both candid and posed photography of participants, staff, instructors, employers, and stakeholders associated with one-stop centers. Post-production editing is required, which may include color correction, cropping, exposure adjustments, background correction, and object removal. Deliverables include professionally edited digital photographs with proper file naming and organization to support accessibility and record retention. Images must be suitable for use in print materials, websites, social media, and official reports. The contract period will be for one year.
