DESCRIPTION
The organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive photography services. The selected photographer must be prepared with backup camera bodies and lenses to guarantee uninterrupted event coverage, even in the event of equipment failure. Photographers and their personnel are required to refrain from exerting pressure on students or families to purchase any portrait packages, and will be responsible for all deliveries and collections of portrait packages.
To ensure privacy and data security, the vendor must utilize a secure method for digital file transfers. The photographer must also possess external flash units for effective shooting in low-light conditions and should have lenses suitable for various types of photographic situations. All images must be delivered in JPEG format with each file named using the corresponding staff member's ID number.
All vendor questions must be submitted by April 14, 2026. The contract will be awarded for a one-year term.
