DESCRIPTION
The client is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive photography services for a one-year contract. Required photography includes senior portraits, underclassman portraits, yearbook primary portraits, extracurricular portraits, group photos of graduates, and special recognition portraits for valedictorian and salutatorian. Additional coverage includes graduation practice, senior luncheon, the graduation event, group photos of the homecoming court, and event photography.
Vendors must supply digital photography services that benefit the yearbook staff, detailing these offerings in their proposal. The selected photographer will deliver one presentation annually to yearbook staff student photographers, focusing on techniques for taking quality photos, with the date coordinated with the advisor. Promotional materials including pamphlets, posters, and signage are also to be provided. Makeup photo dates for student portraits must be advertised and scheduled.
